GPU-hour price reference
A daily price per standard grade (accelerator, node, interconnect, region, SLA), from the list prices of clouds and neoclouds and, later, from contracts matched here. Its method and sources are published with it.
GPU CAPACITY · IN DEVELOPMENT
Unify Grid lets a buyer fix today the price and the quantity of GPU-hours they will use in a future window, and lets a seller fill capacity that would otherwise sit idle. Every contract is delivered as real GPU time and metered on delivery.
GPU capacity behaves like electricity: an hour not used is gone for good, while the right to it can be bought ahead. Data centres want five-year contracts, applications want three months, and the price of a GPU generation falls as the next one arrives. Unify Grid is built for that gap.

01 / WHAT IT DOES
Each one is a prerequisite for the next,
and the first needs no capital at all.
A daily price per standard grade (accelerator, node, interconnect, region, SLA), from the list prices of clouds and neoclouds and, later, from contracts matched here. Its method and sources are published with it.
Lock N GPU-hours of a grade, in a future window, at a fixed price. Buyers and sellers are matched; Unify Grid holds no inventory. Delivery runs the buyer's jobs on Unify Compute, and the meter is the proof.
Taking multi-year capacity and offering it as short forwards closes the gap between how data centres sell and how applications buy. It needs capital and a hedge, so it waits for the first two layers.
02 / HOW IT WORKS
Name the grade, the GPU-hours, the delivery window and the most you will pay, against a price reference you can check.
Requests and seller offers for the same grade and window are matched by quote or in a periodic auction. The price is fixed and collateral is held until delivery.
In the window your jobs run on Unify Compute against the contract. Every GPU-second is metered; any shortfall is credited at the contract price.
03 / STATUS
We would rather say what is true than describe a target as shipped. Accounts are created by invitation while the price reference is built.
